Step 1: Adjust the parameters of the extrusion machine, such as inner diameter, outer diameter, length and etc.
Step 2: The material particles are inhaled into the extrusion machine to be heated, melted, and have an extrusion molding.
Step 3: Cool the inner hoses initially to keep the shape and length.
Step 4: Place the inner hoses in an airy environment to let them solidify.
Usually our regular materials of inner hoses are TPE or Latex, which can help to expand up to 3 times its original length. Both TPE and Latex are able to be recycled directly and reproduced, conforming to the concept of the “GREEN and ENVIRONMENTLAL PRODECTION”.
TPE, as an example, does not contain plasticizers, halogens, heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nonylphenol, phthalates, or other harmful substances, so it will not decompose to produce toxic substances at high temperatures. It will not produce allergic reactions in special people due to its non-toxic and tasteless characteristics. In addition, the TPE expandable garden hose is made of SEBS as the base material, and mixed with oil, etc. SEBS is a recognized environmental protection material that can ensure the environmental safety of the hose.
