Fall In Love With Magic Hoses When Watering Flowers

On a weekend morning, the rubber hose in my hand suddenly cracked with a "pop" when I was watering the roses in my yard. I had to bend down to clean up the mess, staring at the twisted and knotted hard hose on the ground and sighing, “If I want to water the hydrangeas far away, I have to connect half a meter of this hose, and it will take a long time to bend over and drag...This rubber hose is too hard and heavy-duty to have a convenient storage and save space.”

Until yesterday, Wendy, my neighbor, came to visit. She looked at the broken hose, and then gave me a magic hose. “Try this one! I promise you will love it!” She said with mysterious smile.

I'm puzzled, “This water hose is one circle thinner and softer than my last hose. And it's very light. Can it carry so much water?”

Wendy remained very calm. She just connects it with the faucet and open the water source, it automatically extends from 25 feet into approx. 75 feet in length. And turn off the water source, it will automatically and slowly retract to its original length. Moreover, there is a hose protective cover outside this hose, which can prevent the hose from being scratched to a certain extent.

“You used to water the mint in your yard, but you had to carry the previous hose up the steps. Now, standing still and waiting the water, the 75FT length just reaches the flowerpot at the very edge. I also have other length from 25FT to 200FT." Wendy demonstrated as she spoke.

“It is lightweight to have an easy carry and fast storage, saving more space compared to your previous water hose mountain.” Wendy added.

“But...” I was still worried. The temperature we here in winter is below zero. In the last winter, my old hose would be hard like stones and was prone to cracking at the slightest touch.

Wendy seemed to hear the concerns from my heart, “Frost and sun resistant, not hard at -10℃, not soft at 60℃. Use it for a period, you will know I am not lying. ” And then she left.

I was skeptical about Wendy's words and deliberately conducted a test. The expandable hose was filled with water and froze it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then I took it out and pinched it - surprisingly, it still maintained its elasticity! By the way, it was flushed with a water gun for 10 minutes, there was no bulge or leakage on the surface of this hose, and the connection points were not loose.

Apart from lightness and flexibility (especially suit for the women and elder), its hose quick connector matched with the 3/4” and 1/2” faucet adaptor saved my strength and time of the attachment.

Moreover, rotate the spray cap of the water gun to choose the specific mode (eg. FLAT, CONE. SHOWER, FULL, JET, CENTER, MIST) to deal with different watering needs.

Today, I visited Wendy and paid for this hose to thank her help. Next, I used the JET mode to wash the moss in the lower corner of the yard. However, my another neighbor Tom came over and asked, "Is that your the new car wash hose?" Who would have thought that this hose could be used not only for watering flowers but also as a car wash hose, a floor flushing hose, and even for bathing pets! 

In the past, I spent half an hour or more time on struggling with hoses when watering flowers. Now I can get rid of the trouble with this magic hose, and put my saved time into taking a beautiful photo of flowers or trimming the roots of succulents, even curling up on the sofa and having a cup of tea.

Fall in love with this hose, it is not so much tools, than to loosen the magic of life. I finally realized - good garden tools never make you more tired, but make you more enjoy getting along with every minute of the yard.
