Pollution of water: If we are going to use a garden hose to water our plants and vegetables, it is essential to keep the hose clean so that a contaminated hose does not damage their growth. The hose is used outdoors for a long time and for a wide range of purposes, which will make it easier for the hose to harbour bacteria and some microorganisms. Therefore regular cleaning of the garden hose will keep the plants in your garden healthy.

Store properly: Hang the hose in a cool dry place, wait for the water inside the hose to drain and for the cloth cover on the outside of the hose to dry, then roll up the hose and hang it on a hook or place it in a storage bag. This way you can just take out the hose and use it the next time you use it.

Garden hose cleaning takes time and regular cleaning is essential. If we don't have that much time, we can simply rinse the exterior after each use and hang the hose in a cool, dry place, allowing the hose to slowly drain over time and keeping the exterior of the hose dry.
