WHAT ARE THE MAIN DENIERS OF THE EXPANDABLE HOSE COVERS?

1. 300Dx300D and 300Dx600D Polyester Cover

We usually adopt 300Dx300D and 300Dx600D polyester to the expandable garden hoses with THICK FOLDS.

300Dx300D:

Both the warp (longitudinal yarn) and weft (transverse yarn) are woven with 300D polyester yarn (the fineness of the warp and weft yarns is the same). 

Suitable for daily light-load scenarios, but has average wear resistance in the lateral (weft) direction.

300Dx600D:

The warp yarn is a 300D polyester yarn, and the weft yarn is a 600D polyester yarn (the weft is twice as thick as the warp). 

The weft yarn is thicker, significantly enhancing the tear resistance and wear resistance in the transverse (weft) direction (especially suitable for the transverse stressed areas that undergo frequent friction), and the overall strength is higher than that of the 300D×300D fabric with the same warp density.

The coarser the yarn, the stronger the tensile force of each individual fiber.

2. 2200D/2500D/3300D Polyester Cover

We usually adopt 2200D/2500D/3300D polyester to the expandable garden hoses with THIN FOLDS.

2200D:

Approx. 14 grams (2cm Width, 100cm Length).

Light and soft, suitable for daily light-load scenarios.

2500D:

Approx. 16 grams (2cm Width, 100cm Length).

Suitable for high-intensity and scenarios required long-term durability and resistance to wear and tear.

3300D:

Approx. 21 grams (2cm Width, 100cm Length).

Suitable for high-intensity and high-load scenarios.

The thicker the yarn, the stronger the tensile force of a single fiber, and the more prominent the fabric's tear resistance and wear resistance will be. Usually water plants, wash cars & pets, clean the floors & windows & walls and others are enough.
