Production Details

(1) Injection workshop: The plastic particles are heated and melted in the injection molding machine and then injected into the closed mold, and then cooled and shaped to form the product mold.

(2) Product molds: The finished molds are as shown above, mainly including customer customized molds and molds for popular products in the market.

(3) Extruders: The particles are put into the barrel, and after the machine runs and processes, they will form the inner tubes of water pipes.

(4) Looms: Weaving various ropes and belts, the outer protective cover of the water pipe is woven by a weaving machine.

(5) Assembly: The various components of the product are combined together, and each product is assembled in a different product assembly workshop.

(6) Inspection: After the product is assembled, the quality inspection team will inspect the product and proceed to the next step only after the product reaches the qualified rate.

(7) Packaging: Pack the products in sets and put them into corresponding cartons as needed to complete the last step of product production.

(8) Warehouse: The packaged products are temporarily stored in the warehouse according to the order of delivery.

(9) Office: Dedicated personnel to coordinate the transportation of relevant goods and inform customers that the goods are ready for shipment.
